Short CSS-Test

I only wanted to try something out in CSS cause I'm subscribed now thanks to the sweet Karma021.

What do you think of that style?
I think many of you will recognize it. I was inspired by the "Multipass Skin" which is available for WindowsXP, Winamp, Rainlendar, Trillian and so on. (I use Multipass for all things I just said)
I guess I make a poll and you can vote if you like that new style, or ... yeah the other points will be listed in the poll.
