crula goes 3d

Perhaps some of you noticed that the blood-red emoticon "crula" (^^) consists only of 3 colors:
Black (border)
Bloodred (filled smiley)
white (eyes)

Now i thought "What would 'crula' look like in 3D" what the standart for modern emoticons is.
